The Breelib Support Centre agents are available Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5pm, and Friday 9am - 4pm (except on Public Holidays in England). An out-of-hours voicemail service is available and all messages will be responded to on the next working day.

These videos were initiated and fully funded by Bayer. Bayer engaged the services of the PHA UK to develop these patient videos for Breelib users. The patients were selected and briefed by a PH clinical nurse specialist on behalf of PHA UK. Bayer reviewed the videos for scientific and medical accuracy, and compliance with the ABPI code of practice, and did not influence the tone or direction of their content.
